I did everything “right.” After graduating as Salutatorian at Brophy College Prep, I earned a track and field scholarship to Stanford University. By age twenty I had the prestigious school, the accolades, and a life that looked like winning. But inside, it felt empty.
That realization set me on a different path — one rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and the inner work it takes to build a life that feels good on the inside, not just impressive on the outside.
Before becoming an ICF-certified Executive Coach, I spent over a decade as a B2B sales executive closing six- and seven-figure deals with Fortune 500 clients and leading teams. I know the pressure of carrying a quota, managing people, and juggling it all with a busy home life. Today I coach founders and business owners who want to grow — professionally and personally — without losing themselves in the process.
